Facebook Group Reaches 1000 Members

I have been blown away by both the growth and helpfulness of the Mike Wheeler Media Salesforce Student Group on Facebook. This is a group of students from all walks of life, with one thing in common: learning Salesforce and helping others to do the same. And I'm excited to announce that this group has now exceeded 1,000 members!

Beyond learning Salesforce, other common topics in the group are related to finding jobs. Several students have already landed great jobs in a multitude of capacities. From this, they are able to share their own experiences and advice as to what worked for them, typical interview scenarios and questions, how long it takes to pass a certification, and I've even seen students offering to help others with their interview prep. What a group!

So a big thanks to the first 1000 in the group. It has been a tremendous help to me to have assistance with answering questions and lessen the support hours needed to help a total of 42,000 students. It also provides an invaluable perspective and inspiration to others, because now you don't have to just take my word for it, but can get unfiltered, truthful perspectives from others that are taking this same journey.
